While All-on-4 implants do heal and fuse with the jawbone more quickly, immediately attaching a denture increases the risk of implant failure. If All-on-4 dental implants are allowed to fuse with the gum and bone tissue prior to denture attachment, these patients typically have an implantation success rate of 95%, which is comparable to traditional implant placements.
